Welcome to our informational sight.

Can you name some types of exercise?  A lot of people think to be exercising you have to be dripping with sweat and at the point of exaustion...well thats not true.  Exercising can be as simple as taking a walk everyday or playing at the park with your kids or your friends.  I love to exercise!  Every weekend my friends and I go the the park and play some kind of game.  It's fun and keeps you healthy, plus you get to hang out with your friends.  If this sounds fun to you but you don't know what games to play check out our page with workouts and our page with other fun stuff.
